Energy-saving houses Julbach

Through an exemplary collaboration between architecture, specialist planners and craftsmen, six impressive, climate-neutral residential buildings in resource-saving wooden construction were built in Julbach in 2020. Perfect wooden construction and consistent ecological and healthy orientation make the houses so valuable and have an appeal far beyond the Rottal.

By arranging the houses on the traffic-calmed residential street, the Kißling architectural firm from Simbach has created an attractive residential area with an optimal balance between neighborly coexistence and privacy for the individual homeowner.
